Facemasks must be worn whilst in the clinic.
Please attend your appointment alone, if possible, to avoid too many people in the clinic
The criteria for Coronavirus testing:
- You have flu like symptoms or onset of other clinical symptoms consistent with COVID-19
- You have been in contact with someone confirmed to have Covid-19
- Healthcare Worker or Residential Aged Car Worker with flu like symptoms
Flu like symptoms or other clinical symptoms include any of the following:
- Fever
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Mylagia
- Runny nose
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Cough
- Anosmia (loss of sense of smell)
- Shortness of breath
- Nausea
- Fatigue
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea

The clinic is open and will continue to provide quality health care in the best and safest way possible. Telephone consults are available, and we are requesting that all patients who meet one or more of the above criteria call the clinic or book online for a telephone consult. Please note that if you would like a telephone consult, you are required to have had a face to face consult with one of our doctors, in the clinic, in the last 12 months, prior to booking an appointment. Pensioners, health care card holders and children under 16 will be bulk billed. Bulk billing for all other patients will be at the doctor’s discretion. Doctors will obtain informed financial consent from patients prior to charging a private fee for telephone consults. The fee will be $82 with a rebate of $39.10. A gap fee of $42.90. The fee will increase for extended consults.
